It is almost impossible to determine car ownership by zip code. Zip codes cross county and even state lines which have different records on car ownership.
I've never found an answer other than only through Nielsen. DMAs cross zip code and county lines I think so there is overlap.
The U.S. has thousands and thousands of zip codes. Each U.S. state has at least a few hundred zip codes. New York City alone, for example, has 200 zip codes. Please ask another question and specify an exact address or cross street, including city and state. If you are referring to one or both of the American continents (North America or South America) then, each continent probably has at least a million zip codes. Again, you must specify an exact address or cross street, including city, state and/or country.
Arkansas state has several zip codes. All of the zip codes can be provided by the post office. The state capital zip codes are 72201-19, 72221-23/25/27/31/60 and 72221-95.

It's not easy, since they are two completely independent systems. Each area code has many different ZIP Codes, and sometimes a ZIP Code may have more than one area code.
