Creative question is something which is unique from the other question and demands unique answer.
This question really doesn't have a specific answer. Various parts of the brain are responsible for different creative methods. There is a false belief that the different sides of the brain have 2 different functions. While the brain is somewhat lateralized, there is not necessarily a creative 'part'.
The question is worded wrongly!! The question only makes sense if you ask: What is a learning gap? or What are learning gaps?
You could have come up with a more creative question.

You can not finish a language. If you mean "to finish learning" then my answer is "you can not finish learning a language in a week or less unless you give up learning it" I think you meant something different, otherwise I am afraid but this can not be a real question even.
