It's a military movie, but focused more on the decision of a junior officer to usurp command of the vessel from the senior officer when that senior officer loses his nerve during a squall. Not really a movie for someone looking for something action-packed.
commanding officer or somelike that i know its command something
Not usually, unless the officer has some reason to believe that you are under the influence of, or have swallowed, something else besides alcohol
The first thought would be that Alan Rickman is the link because he starred in the original Die Hard (as Hans Gruber) and in Love, Actually (as Harry), but he did not appear in 1984's Gremlins. The link would have to be Christmas. Die Hard involves Officer John McLean who is in town to celebrate Christmas with his kids and estranged wife. Gremlins involves a Christmas gift that ends up being more than anyone can handle. And Love, Actually follows the lives of several couples in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

Your question is too generic to be answered effectively. It is safest to follow directions and question them later but if something is particularly offensive or questionable, ask the officer to call his supervisor to come to where you are.
