The 2 forces are-
Strong nuclear force: The strong nuclear force or strong interaction (also called color force or colour force) is a fundamental of nature which affects only quarks and antiquarks, and is mediated by gluons in a similar fashion to how the electromagnetic force is mediated by photons. This force is responsible for binding quarks together to form hardons (including protons and neutrons), and the residual effects also bind these neutrons and protons together in the nucleas of the atom.
Weak nuclear force: A force which is responsible for all of the byproducts of nuclear interactions. It is the only mechanism which can convert nuclear binding energies into electromagnetic energy, and hence heat and mechanical energy
electrostatic forces
The universal forces that hold atoms together are the electromagnetic force and the strong nuclear force. Electromagnetic force attracts negatively charged electrons to positively charged protons in the nucleus, while the strong nuclear force keeps protons and neutrons bound together in the nucleus.

Strong nuclear forces act through gluons in the nucleus

Protons are particles in the atomic nucleus; electrons move around the nucleus.
intermolecular forces examples are dispersion forces
Atoms are composed of a nucleus at the center, which contains protons and neutrons bound together by nuclear forces. These nuclear forces, specifically the strong force, are responsible for holding the nucleus together by overcoming the electromagnetic repulsion between positively charged protons. The arrangement and interactions of these nuclear forces play a crucial role in determining the stability and properties of an atom.
protons and neutronsProtons and Neutrons are found in the Nucleus.Electrons are found orbiting the Nucleus.
You find the neutrons with the protons, inside the nucleus. Most neutrons are in the nucleus of atoms.
The electrons flow around the atoms nucleus...the protons and neutrons are on the inside of the neucleus.
