Dagger/Garnet is the first character with the summon command, but doesn't have enough magic points to summon anything. It is only later in the game that she can do so, but you will have met Eiko by then, who not only also has the summon command, but can summon eidolons straight away.
Each warrior is 18 points w/o upgrades, meaning 28 Necrons are worth 504 points.
Talric Forthright is the Alliance justice point vendor. He is located in Stormwind City, in the Command Center (hear the hunter trainers in the Old Town section).
In a role-playing game, hit points are how you keep track of how much damage your character has gotten - you have a certain number of points to start, and if you get to 0 your character is "dead."
Command Points allow the player to build a pre-set number of Units (Infantry and Vehicles combined). Once the player reaches the maximum number of Units on the field of play depending on the command points, no further units can be created. Thats when the player will hear "insufficient command points" when attempting to create a new unit.
It is used to create restore points.
As long as at least 1 other monster exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. Also, increase the ATK of all Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field by 400 points.
Depends what vocation you have. Like if it was a Warrior, and the Warrior had a spear. Then you'd go for the Spear skill points. And if the Warrior had a sword, then you'd use the sword skill points. But overall, it really depends on how you plan it out. Save it if you want, and use it later. But I just use mine so I get better attacks and can level up faster and easier and get more skill points. So just choose and ponder a bit, save them up. Then once you find the abilities you want to have, then use the skill points.
If you mean points as in character sizes.. 72 point is one inch.

Junk Warrior`s effect is like this: When this monster is summoned, if there is any level two or below monster, this monster`s attack points will rise according to the total amount of Atk points the level two or below monsters have.
