You need a OBD2 scanner/code reader to get stored codes and to erase them
Without a code reader (you can buy one for about $80 at most auto parts stores), you can sometimes erase the codes by disconnecting the battery cables. Most newer code readers allow you to erase the computer memory.

My OBD reader Code Book does not show any codes between 025 and 029, Neither does my friend's who has a different make OBD reader. There are several places in the book where there are gaps in code numbers. If the vehicle is running right and no other codes are indicated, I wouldn't worry about it, Just erase the code.
no you can't erase them, they tell you that when you type in your first cheat code

check your airfilter or get a friend that has a code reader to erase all codes and it should fix your problem that's what i did. good luck...
Are you asking how to clear engine trouble codes? You'll need a code scanner with a reset/erase feature.
