Steam cleaning a bamboo floor is not advisable. Bamboo is easily damaged from steam even when it is sealed. Contact the manufacture for further instruction on cleaning beyond a microfiber mop and alcohol based cleaner.
I would not recommend it. Though, technically, moving air is completely safe, there are delicate parts on a laptop. DO NOT USE BRUSHES, ESPECIALLY ON THE KEYBOARD. If you have a shop vac that would be best.
