From the black hole itself? Nothing. No matter or energy can escape from a black hole.

From the accretion disk AROUND the black hole, where matter is accelerated to light speed at the event horizon? All possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation can be emitted from the accretion disk, but the typical "signature" of a black hole is mostly hard X-rays.

What are the types of waves in the electromagnetic spectrum?

All electromagnetic (EM) waves are in the EM spectrum. This is from "ELF" (3-30hz) through visible light (300Thz+), out past gamma rays. Any wave above DC that broadcasts into space is part of the EM spectrum.
