I think.. WAIT? DID U SAY MEW?! I wouldn't say DITTO but Probaly ARCEUS.
Yes! It learns powerful moves fairly quickly after it's evolution - which is strange, because most Dragon-type Pokemon take a long time to become strong. Definitely a Pokemon worth acquiring.
In Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, Rhyhorn learns its two most powerful moves at level 52 (Earthquake) and 57 (Megahorn). It evolves into Rhydon starting at level 42.
The only reason you shouldn't let any pokeman evolve is to wait until it learns a certain move; that is, only certain pokemans can learn certain moves at varying times however, most moves the pokeman can learn will turn up regardless.Example: You have a Monferno (2nd form of the fire starter) which learns Flare Blitz at level 49 whereas the final stage (Infernape) learns this move several levels later.Though there really isn't a reason not to let the pokeman evolve x) you can learn most moves through TM's.
Most water type Pokemon can learn the move Waterfall.
Water
cannot tell by the Pokemon, the moves tell u most about how gd a Pokemon is, but saying that, apart from golduck that's an awsome team mate XD
It only learns one move, Petal Dance, at level 44. If you do not evolve your gloom until then, it can learn other moves. But, like most Pokemon you use stones on, they learn very few, if any new moves. My suggestion, if you already evolved Gloom, is to use TMs.
Mesprit learns a variety of Psychic type and Normal type moves of which most of them are support based. Notable moves include Extrasensory, Future Sight, Copy Cat, Charm and Protect.
Holographic Charizard is the rarest and most expensive Pokemon card and its moves are Scorching Whirlwind.
Electric moves are effective against ground pokemon but will do little damage... Water pokemon will have the most effect!
the best team that you should always try to get is a turtwig as primary and a mudkip as secondary. You should choose turtwig because he learns alot of moves throughout the whole game. He learns razor leaf, absorb, mega drain, bite, and alot more. mudkip leans mudslap watergun and the most powerful move surf
raikou's most powerfull moves in Pokemon leaf green and fire red are hyper beam thunderbolt thunder rest
