In the Old Chateau you can find Gastly, Haunter, Gengar and Rotom. Haunter and Gengar will only appear if you have a Generation III (GBA) game in your DS' dual slot. Rotom can only be seen in a room with a TV at night and only if you have unlocked the National Pokedex in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
