It is the lugia xd promo with a move which inflicts 1000 damage the problem is

1 it's in Japanese

2 Apparently there is 1 in existence so it's very likely to be fake

So the only Pokemon card with proof that it's real is Lugia legend with a move that can inflict 200 damage

Although Kyogre & Groudon legend has Massive Eruption which inflicts 100 damage times the number of energy cards discarded after discarding the top 5 cards of your deck. Which means it could do up to 500 damage to the opponent's active Pokemon.

It's Mega Tidal Wave works the same way but your opponent discards his/her top 5 cards and does 30 damage times the number of energy cards discarded to each your opponent's benched Pokemon. So that could be up to 150 damage X 5 Pokemon= 750 damage!

But the most powerful Pokemon cards (note the 's', it's a tie) are the old Lugia ex and the nowadays Dark Charizard is the strongest because if u put 6 energies on it; it will do 300 damage cuz the attack continuous fireball does 50 damage times the number of fire energies on it!

The strongest Pokemon card written in English is Charizard. It has 130 hp does 120 damage. But if u have 3 or less prize cards (even if u don't play with any) Charizards attack now does 170 damage. Its weakness is water (you may think x 2 but no) its water + 40. His resistance is fighting - 20. and has a retreat cost of 3. It is lv. 55

I disagree. I have a card that has 120 hp and does 200 damage. Plus a card that has 180 hp and does 120 damage. Charizard is weak compared to Rayquaza C Lv.X and Kyurem EX.

there is a lot of strong cards but the shadow lugia 300 hp and 1000 damage is the stongest card yet but it can't be used in Pokemon national championships

the very first SHADOW lugia, not the remake because its 100 hp weaker and it has bad attacks.

Based on my cards i will have 2 say charizard! my charizard can do 120 damage. There really isn't a strongest card cuz most are random.
