Well, Riolu can evolve into Lucario. Lucario can learn strong moves like close combat and Aura sphere.

Eevee can have several evolutions like Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Umbreon, Espeon, Leafeon, and Glaceon. All 7 of them can become very strong.

Munchlax Itself could be strong, but Snorlax can be STRONGER.
