Well i personally think that blastoise is better because first water is more effective at fire and it can surf but charizard can fly

hi,i think charizard wins since yes blastoise can shot super effective water moves but if you set up sun and solarbeam charizard is beast. as you know charizard is 4x weak to rock 2x to water and 2x to electric if you can learn solar beam you can get rid out of water and rock blastoise is second since it can learn ice type moves
