Once you have planted the 3 seeds, wait several hours, then go check to see if the seeds have grown into flowers. Once the seeds have grown into flowers, a moshling should come to your Moshling Garden. When the moshling comes to your garden, click on it! If no moshling comes to the garden, then you did not plant the correct combination of seeds.

Well, you can't buy moshlings. Go to your moshling garden (below your house on the map) and click it. There should be 3 plots for planting. To the right there should be a sign that says 'moshling seeds'. Click it and buy some seeds, then plant three seeds in the garden. When you get the right plants and the right colors, you get a certain moshling.
