(Channel 4 or 4+1), although if you have a digital subscription to Sky, I think you can watch it on Sky1 (I don't have Sky so I am not sure). You could buy a DVD or VIDEO of The Simpsons (a VIDEO is much cheaper to buy, compared to a DVD. I bought Series 1 of The Simpsons on DVD for £15.99, I bought Series 1 of The Simpsons on VIDEO for 47p.
