Red Cross sent aid to Japan, but they rejected this saying that they have supplies and aid to protect their people. This was actually not true. Japan is an MEDC (More economically developed country) so they didn't want ruin there reputation of being a rich country therefore rejected help provided from other countries and aid agencies.
