Impeachment of the President has nothing to do with approval rating. Impeachment is a criminal proceeding against a sitting president. There have been two in US history, Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton; both were acquitted.
A US President was born in every month of the year. June and September have the lowest number of President's born (1 in each).

IF (and oh, what a big if) every president of the USA had an average IQ in the era they lived in compered with every one else in that time, the most recent president is considered to be the one with the highest IQ and the first president the one with the lowest (George Washington). This is because mankind is getting smarter every new generation (statistically).
In the US, it's rated G for general audiences (the lowest, most kid-friendly rating)... I would imagine it's rated similarly elsewhere.

George Washington has the highest aprroval rating ever. He was unanimously voted the first president of the United States. He received 100% of the votes for president! Correction: George Washington was not elected. He was appointed President by the Continental Congress. Believe it or not, George W. Bush held the record for the highest approval rating of 92% after the 9/11 attacks...(that record isn't doing too well anymore.) Most of the older presidents didn't take approval rating tests.
