Woodrow Wilson suffered from what would be called dyslexia today.
This disorder was unnamed and not diagnosed until recently, but I can not see any indication that any of the US Presidents suffered from it.
No US president is known to have had diabetes. However, there did not used to a test for it. Some of the Presidents were quite over weight and may have suffered from undiagnosed diabetes.
