Windows provides a folder called "My Pictures'. But you can create and use any folder you wish. Some applications will create their own image file folder, some will use My Pictures, and all will let you determine where to put their images.
TBN files are a type of a JPG file extension. Therefore, in order to open TBN image files on Windows XP, you can use any standard image editor or viewer.

Typically this is C:\Windows, although you can designate a different drive or folder when windows is installed. you can use %SystemRoot% in place of the actual location of the folder that contains the windows system files.For example, to identify your system root folder, click Start -> Run, type %SystemRoot% and click OK. This will open windows explorer with your system root folder displayed.Confusingly if you go Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced tab -> Environment Variables, then scroll to the bottom of the list and double click windir you will see that %SystemRoot% is actually a "Variable value" of a variable named windir. To install or copy i386 files without a Windows XP CD, you can use a Windows XP installation image (ISO) if you have one, or extract the i386 folder from a legitimate source. You can create a bootable USB drive using tools like Rufus and place the i386 folder in it. Alternatively, if you have access to a working Windows XP system, you can copy the i386 folder from that system to your new installation location.

If using Windows, burning images to a DVD is a simple process of inserting the disc, and choosing Burn Files to Disc from the menu. Follow the instructions given by Windows, and drag any images you wish to burn into the empty folder in Windows Explorer.
