Please Wait means that they are having some technical difficaulys, kinda like loading.
It means that it uploaded successfully but you have to wait till it's done processing.

open norton and go in and delete the "rule" that dissalows MP net access. Click the norton tray icon or just find the icon. Wait till it loads then go to the firewall settings. Find the list of allowed applications and unblock windows media player from the list
