Second Amendment
Absoutely not.
They usually give you warnings
If it's a felony conviction, no.
No, if the felony is still on your record then you may not posses a firearm!
No.
Not in Virginia, nor anywhere else in the United States.
Of course you can. However, you need a license to posses a firearm, which is obtained from the police. If you can show good reason to posses one, and you meet the criteria, then the process will only be about 28 days,
Never. A felon has lost the right to possess a gun.
A felon may not possess, purchase, or have access to firearms, period. End of story. That is a federal law, and applicable to all states. It doesn't matter if you now reside in a different state than where you were convicted.
Very generally speaking, in the U.S. a felon cannot own or posses a firearm unless his or her rights have been restored.
Yes, it is perfectly legal to posses a firearm in your home with out "licensing*" in the state of Oklahoma. The only exception would be for convicted felons and others federally prohibited from owning firearms. Oklahoma also allows for machine guns and suppressed weapons provided you follow the proper channels and by them from a licensed class 3 dealer and pay for your federal tax stamps. The only state "licensing*" required is for people who wish to carry and conceal a firearm on their person outside of their home or business. *Certain municipalities may require a city permit to own or posses a firearm.
I believe Federal Law does not allow you to posses a firearm of any type, if you have ever been convcted of a Felony.
