24th amendment
The 24th amendment (ratified 1/23/64) outlaws any sort of poll tax.
An injunction forbids a defendant to take or continue an action.
This order forbids publication of any information that could identify a minor child in legal proceedings.
A writ requiring appearance in court to give testimony is called a subpoena.

Before an amendment is sent to the states for consideration, it must be proposed either by a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress or by a national convention called by two-thirds of state legislatures. This proposal sets the stage for the amendment to be ratified by the states. Once proposed, the amendment then goes through the ratification process, requiring approval from three-fourths of the states within a specified deadline.

The Volstead Act was the act of congress that was enacted in 1919 in order to enforce the 18th amendment. The Volstead Act was enacted to carry out the intent of the 18th Amendment.
