The train system was all but useless. Some times it took two locomotives to pull a train load of UN military replacements up to front lines. Most often trucks were used to transport troops to the front line.

Difficult. Korea is mountainist throughout with few roads and many valleys. Much advancement and fighting had to be done in mountain and hilly areas. It was up and down fighting.
