Ozone can be made in minute quantities near any wire that carries electrical current. So "electrical appliances" is the correct answer. The higher the voltage, the worse it will be. Laser printers and electrostatic copiers are common sources of most domestic / office ozone, but fluorescent lighting and microwaves will also contribute some. Open case motors (fans of various sorts), and some cheaper vacuum cleaners. To say nothing of fuel-powered applicances... such a gas-powered weed-whackers / edgers...
Appliances result in destruction of ozone layer. They have CFC's which react with ozone to deplete it.
Appliances deplete ozone. Refrigerators, Air conditions are examples of some.
Various appliances release CFC's which harm the ozone layer. These are refrigerators, air conditioners etc.
The ozone is not expected to deplete yet. It depends on how we emit the CFC's.
Various appliances release CFC's which harm the ozone layer. These are refrigerators, air conditioners etc.
No electrical appliances affect the ozone layer. Those that contain freon and leak might, but they don't do so directly.
Yes, some electrical appliances, such as air purifiers and certain types of ionizers, can produce ozone gas as a byproduct. Ozone generators may also intentionally produce ozone for specific purposes, such as odor elimination or air purification. However, excessive exposure to ozone can be harmful to human health, so it is important to use these appliances in a well-ventilated area and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Volatile Organic Compounds are decomposed compounds. They burn to emit CO2 with could form ozone.
In the atmosphere.See "Why is an ozone hole formed only above Antarctica and not over developed countries that emit a lot of CFCs?"
Burning plastic emit toxis gases. We need to minimize them.
No more than anything that requires combustion of fossil fuels to power does. Ozone depleting chemcials that have been identified have been banned from current production. So older appliances might still be causing other damage...
