In ten years or so doing residential work I've never heard of Harvey.
In general, I'd stay away from vinyl. Yes, I know it's a standard product, but that doesn't mean it's any good. Vinyl is an inherently bad material for anything exposed to the elements because it deteriorates under UV and is exceptionally subject to temperature, become soft and flexible in heat and brittle in the cold. That means the seals WILL pop. they're also virtually impossible to repair and can never be painted (and don't listen to anyone who claims otherwise).
