Sri Krishnadevaraya was the King and ruler of Vijayanagara Empire which included parts of southern Indian states - Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa and Maharashtra. Also, Vijayanagara Empire had conquered most of the regions of South India that included the territories of Mysore, Trichinopally, Kanara, Pondicherry, Chingalpet and Kanchivaram. The main outside force that contributed to the destruction and downfall of the Mughal Empire was the Hindu Maratha Empire. The raised an army and slowly took out the Mughal generals, which left the Mughal Empire armies weak.
The Incan civilization was ultimately brought to an end by the Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro. Pizarro and his forces captured the Incan emperor Atahualpa in 1532, leading to the downfall of the Incan Empire.

The work is a literary masterpiece that combines poetry, music, and devotion, and is considered one of the greatest works in Telugu literature.
