Well depends, Apache is more of a performance oriented, better handling, less weight, amazing at corners/ turnings, power to weight ratio is better compared to pulsar and brakes way better - Pulsar is a tried and tested machine and there are more pulsars than apache on the roads. If you are more of a person who enjoys biking (close to race track biking) then go for Apache, if you want a bike that takes you from point A to B (and also gives respectable performance) then go for pulsar.
