Fat fish are not necessarily more likely to have broad stripes than thin fish. The width of stripes on fish is influenced by various factors such as genetics, age, and environmental conditions. The relationship between body shape and stripe pattern is not well-established in all fish species.

It depends because some fish do cahse their reflections but some fish don`t. The fighting fish (beta) chase their reflections because sometimes they are showing off but sometimes it thinks it`s reflection wants to fight and tries to defent itsely or somtimes playing. Goldfish are shy so they probley won`t chase their reflection but just ignore it or maybe hide. I only tell about Goldfish and Fighting fish (beta because I have them at home

All territorial fish will fight or chase off intruders as will most species of fish like Cichlids and Anabantids that look after their young. Male Bettas will chase off any fish that comes too close to its nest. It will also chase off any other male Betta that comes within its own personal space even if it has no nest. If the other Betta can not get away (which is what would happen in nature) there will be a fight to the death.
