Blubber, or subcutaneous fat, helps prevent heat loss from the body. Keratin in the epidermis helps prevent water loss from the body.
The lymphatic system helps maintain a constant level of tissue fluid by collecting excess fluid and returning it to the bloodstream. This helps regulate the balance of fluids in the body and prevent swelling or edema.
Vaccinations helps to trigger the immune system in the body to produce antibodies. Once the immune system has been boosted up, it helps to prevent infection in the body thus preventing you from diseases
The excretory system helps in the removal of waste from the body.
The circulatory system helps move oxygen throughout your body.

Exercise helps prevent these disorders because if you don't exercise your body cramps up which leads to those disorders. If you do exercise your body is stretched and strengthened and less likely to obtain disorders.
The integumentary system is responsible for protecting the body through the protective layer of skin. This system includes skin, hair, nails, and glands. It acts as a physical barrier to prevent harmful substances from entering the body and helps regulate body temperature.
The immune system and the lymphatic system work together to protect the body from pathogens. The immune system recognizes and targets pathogens, while the lymphatic system helps circulate immune cells and remove pathogens from the body. Additionally, the skin and mucous membranes act as physical barriers to prevent pathogens from entering the body.
