Loosen the tensioner pulley. The power steering belt will come loose. Remove the power steering belt. Reverse the process to install the new power steering belt.

To change the power steering pump belt, or any other belt for that matter: 1. Loosen the adjuster bolt. 2. Loosen the mounting bolt enough that the belt is loose. 3. The belt tensioner for the AC/Alternator belt is beneath the alternator. Facing the engine from bumper you can see the ac/alternator belt tensioner on the left side and beneath the alternator. Losen that bolt with size 12 socket. Next, loosen the tensioner bolt until the belt loosens. Now, with the Power Steering Belt you can loosen it by locating the belt tensioner usually found inside of the power steering belt on the power steering pump. Loosen both bolts and if needed pry UP the power steering belt tensioner and the belt should loosen. Repeat until belt comes off. Installation is the reversal of removal. NOTE: You may have to pry down the power steering pump tensioner to tighten the belt.
loosen the alternator bolts to get that belt off and the other belt is loosened by loosening the power steering reservoir bolts.
You have to loosen the power steering pump bolts and push down on the pump and the belt will loosen to take it off, to put it back on you route the belt over the pulleys and pull up on the steering pump and when tight tighten the pump bolts and your done.
first u must loosen bolt on power steering belt tensioner till the belt will come off ,then loosen alternator bolts and push alternater till belt is loose enough,then take fan belt off ,install new fan belt,use crowbar on alternator to tighten fan belt,then put power steering belt back on and tighten tensioner till its at spec. then retighteh tensioner center bolt.
You can't repair a belt, you need to replace it. Loosen the power steering pump first and remove that belt. Then you can loosen the AC belt at the Idler pulley.

I have a 1993 Nissan Altima, in which I had to loosen the Alternater Adjustment screws to get the old belt off. After replacing the belt, simply retighten the bolts until the belt is snug. Hope this helps.
The adjusting pulley for the power steering is found on the side of the engine under the power steering pump. Loosen the bolt that keeps it tight and the belt will have some slack to slide off the pulley.
