There are some kinds of books that you would want to withdraw from a library so that you can read them, such as novels, and other types of books which you would be more likely to use just to look something up, such as a dictionary or an encyclopedia. If a person is interested in reading the Shadowrun books they may visit their local library and borrow them or if they are unavailable then a person may order them from the library.
