Noah is written in the book of Genesis in chapters 5 through 10.
ADDITIONALLY:
Other books that mention Noah are found in I Chronicles 1:4, Isaiah 54:9, Ezekiel 14:14 & 20, and here and there throughout the New Testament: like the "gospels."
Jesus refers to Noah in Matthew and Luke [with the spelling of Noah, being "Noe" generally, here when quoting Jesus]. Here, Jesus reveals a return of latter day man's society to the same type that existed in Noah's day [and if the world as we know it today is any indication of what he went through back in the beginning; Noah must have been one stressed-out guy... no wonder he got stupid drunk after the flood - Gen.9:20-21].
The book of Hebrews refers to Noah's "Faith" [Heb.11:7]
The book of First Peter reveals a little regarding the nature of man's "suffering" and God's patience prior to the flood as He waited for Noah to finish the task He gave him to accomplish [I Peter 3:15-20].
Peter's second book uses Noah's name also in his warning to the church: "...there were false prophets [religious teachers] also among the people [from the beginning], even as there shall be false teachers AMONG YOU... and many shall follow their pernicious ways... for if God spared not... THE OLD WORLD, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of Righteousness..." (II Peter 2:1-5).
Noah and his pre-flood days and society are mentioned throughout The Bible in a number of books as historically true... and a prophetic warning to mankind in these "last days" to repent and turn back to his Creator.
"And as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man." (Matt.24:37 MNT Montgomery New Testament)

This is a matter of opinion. Noah's Ark gets my vote.
God showed Noah all that had happened and he wrote it down.
Lots of animals are mentioned because of the story of Noah's Ark.
The Flood is described in Genesis 6-10.
Much of what is in the Bible was accepted into Islam and recorded in the Koran, including belief in the existence of Noah andhis Ark.
You have to believe it. It is not a story as it is mentioned in the Bible and the Quran, and both are Holy Scriptures and word of God
