Actually, black bear and teddy bear hamsters are the same. They each live about three years.
I would definetely say a black bear hamster by far.. they are the nicest and tamest of all the different breeds of hamster.. never have i had one that bit me or anyone it didnt know. I never had a black bear but I have had a teddy bear and it was a sweety.
black bear, brown bear, polar bear, panda bear and there might I say might be one more but I don't think so...
Hamsters don't shed. Some good hamsters to own are...-Black Bear Hamsters-Teddy or Fancy Bear Hamsters-Long Hair Hamsters
Well, black bear hamsters were bred from teddies to be nicer, but every hamster is different. I'd say they are about the same....
yes teddy bear hamsters are quite mature where as black bear hamsters bite u if they dont like u
Yes you can as long as they are both teddy bears. I used to have 1 brown and 1 black teddy bear hamster myself.
Not all Teddy Bear Hamsters have red eyes. Most have black eyes, grow to be about five inches long, and will bite if not cared for gently. Teddy Bear Hamsters have a light brown or gold coat, and prefer to live alone.
You can put her with the guy if they are both dwarf hamsters of these breeds, Campbell or Roborovski, the males make good dads. But if they are Golden, Teddy Bear, Chinese, Black Bear or Panda Bear breeds, you should seperate them after mating as they have solitary nature.
When it comes to hamsters teddy bear hamsters or black bear hamsters are the way to go. Dwarfs are typically mean...also male are the better choice anyway females get moody.
There are for normal breeds and to unlockable breeds. I'm sure theres more different breeds but i haven't got that far into the game but theres got to be more. Normal Breeds: Dwarf, Golden, Cambell, Roborovski. Unlockable Breeds: Tiger, Raccoon.
Syrian hamsters aka golden hamsters, come in a wide variety of colors and patterns and fur lengths. All of the larger hamsters (about the size of a 12 yr old's hand) are Syrian hamsters. "Teddy Bear" and "Black Bear" hamsters are examples of breeds of Syrian hamsters. I have breed brown, black, white, cream, and even red syrian's. Though the 'traditional' syrian (50's era) was brown with dark flashes on the cheek pouches, and a gray belly. A little later the white belly became popular.
Yes, it's just another name of calling them:). As well as Golden Hamsters, Syrian hamsters are also sometimes referred to as teddy bear hamsters (long haired syrian hamsters), alien hamsters (hairless syrian hamsters), black bear or european black bear (black syrian hamsters). They are all variations in colour/coat of the same species of hamster. I believe all hamsters are from Syrian so they all have a common ancestry
