the bulb with two elements in it is the turn signal and brake light bulb
you have to remove the head-light assembly to get the turn signal bulb front and rear lights The side light has one screw on top to the outside of the headlight assembly holding the cover in place.

rear you use a torx driver to remove taillight assembly screws. them replace bulb.
Remove two screws holding tail light assembly. Pull or Pry out tail light assembly. Locate center wire plug harness, turn to remove, pull out bulb, push new bulb in.
Open Êthe hood and release the light assembly. Remove the socket at the rear of the lens assembly. Press down the bulb gently, rotate it counterclockwise and remove it.
on all dodge trucks the way you change the bulbs is simply unscerew the tail light assembly and remove it from the rear of the vehicle and you will see your lightbulb fittings right on the back of the light assembly
I just replaced the front signal light in a 2002 Century, it's probably the same or similar. Pull up on the two white plastic clips on both side at the rear of the light assembly. Pull the light assembly forward amd remove the black rubber circle behind the bulb. Remove the bulb assembly by turning counter clockwise. Pull out bulb. replace bulb and repeat steps in reverse order.
The rear turn signal on the 2009 328i is an array of LEDs and isn't a single bulb which can be replaced. The whole assembly needs to be switched out.

Unplug the whole light assembly from the bottom front of the car it just pops out to replace the turn signal bulb-same on the rear but you have to remove the trunk lining first.
The complete assembly comes off by removing 4ea screws on the outside. Then remove the small plate on the rear of the assembly to get to the bulb.
sedan model: from the trunk pull out the carpet retaining screws/plugs to access the tail light assembly mounting screws. pull them out, pull the tail light assembly out. from here you can replace any needed bulb.
