Sometimes the Cutlass sedan and the Delta 88 would share the same wheel design.
the 1984 cutlass had a computer but not to the extent of todays cars, I really don't understand your question.
R134a is the only freon for cars after 1994. Earlier cars can be retrofitted to R134a.
Electrical. All cars past 1989 are electrical.
Yes it will fit. Both cars are "G" body's
If it's a Cutlass Supreme (RWD), 4 speed is a TH-200r4. 3 speed is a TH-250. Not sure about the FWD cars (Calais, Cierra).
Newer cars don't have grease fittings anymore, the ball joints are a sealed unit.
From what I have read at Automotix.com , I will say yes it will. You also have other options of engines from Chevrolet, Buick, as well Oldsmobile that fit the Cutlass Supreme. The engines vary from V6 3.8L, 4.3L V6, 5.0L V8, to 5.7L V8, depending on what year and transmission type your Cutlass Supreme has. Check with some of the Remanufactured engine websites, or talk with a shop in or near your area that rebuilds/overhauls engines for american cars. There are 2 versions of the Oldsmobile 307, a 140 HP version that can be installed in regular Cutlass, and a 180 HP version that came with the Hurst/Olds Cutlass Supreme. I don't know if these engines are interchangeable between the standard Cutlass Supreme and the Hurst/Olds Cutlass Supreme. You may have to talk with a engine rebuilder shop tech person about that. Hope this helps.
It means that you need to get the cars computer scanned to find out what the problem is.
The engine is fuel injected and idle is controlled by the ECM (computer) on 1993 cars
They will fit, but they will look stupid as hell. Keep in mind the 1972 Cutlass came stock with 14" or 15" wheels. Anything bigger than 18" tends to look really, REALLY stupid on older cars like the '72 Cutlass.
Try the same year Regal, Lumina, and Cutlass Supreme.
