I cannot speak for all denominations, but many Protestant denominations allow women priests or ministers. The three that most people would know about are 1. The United Reformed Church (including Presbyterian and Congregationalist) that has had women ministers for decades. 2. The Methodist Church that also has had women ministers for decades. 3. The Anglican Church (which includes the Episcopalians in the USA) that also allows women priests, and, in some Anglican churches, women bishops too. The founder Church of the Anglican communion of Churches, the Church of England, has had women priests since the 1990s, and is currently exploring the consecration of women bishops. There are many other churches that have women leaders (eg the Salvation Army) although they are not regarded as 'ordained' in the same sense as the above three churches.
Most denominations do, but there are some restrictions in the Orthodox Churches and the the majority of the Roman Catholic Church. Parish priests in the Orthodox Church may be married, but to become a bishop usually requires celibacy, which is why many begin holy orders as monks, where celibacy is the norm. In the Roman Catholic church, celibacy is usually required as a vow by Canon Law, but not as an article of faith. Therefore, in parts of the Catholic Church, such as the Maronite and other Eastern-rite catholic churches in communion with the Roman church, married priests are allowed. Similarly, already-married Anglican priests that convert to the Roman Catholic faith can become Catholic priests and remain married but not serve as principal parish priests. There is also no restriction on widdowers becoming Catholic priests ( The parish priest at my former Catholic parish was a widdowed grandfather! )
Some Mennonite churches do, but most do not.
Some churches permit same-sex marriages to be conducted, but these are few. Some churches that allow gay clergy permit them to be in same-sex marriages. Some churches permit special blessing ceremonies for already married same-sex couples. Some churches permit gay people to join, but do not recognize their relationships. Some churches spend time, effort and money to influence legislatures to ban same-sex marriage. Some churches permit gay people to join, but attempt to convert them to heterosexuals and assist them in marrying members of the opposite sex. Some churches shun gays and lesbians, ban then from joining and expel them when they are discovered. There is even one church that devotes all of their ministry to traveling around the country and protesting against gays and same-sex marriage.
No it does not permit same sex marriage.
Some churches teach that gays are equal and marriage equality is the right thing to do, but those are few. Some churches teach that gays are to be welcomed, but that their relationships are sinful. Some churches teach that gay people must remain celibate. Some churches teach that gays are sinful and must be converted to heterosexuals in order to save their souls. Some churches teach that gay people are evil and must be avoided at all costs. Some churches permit same-sex marriages to be conducted, but these are few.
