I think the Uchiha. With their Mastery of Genjustsu and extensive work in police organizations, they were striving. But the sad slaughtering by Itachi and the many lost in attempt for Mangekyo Sharingans and Permanent Mangekyo Sharingans like Uchiha Madara, it ended their powerful Clan. I think the Hyuga clan is the most powerful clan. They can use the Byakugan and the gentle fist. A person with the Byakugan can almost see at 360 degrees of vision. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a small radius, the greater the users skill with the Byakugan, the larger the radius is, which makes them close-range combat experts. The Byakugan also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. A small degree of telescopic vision is also present, as a Byakugan user can focus on a single object at any point within their range of vision. The degree of focus seems to be dependent on the skill of the user. the Byakugan's insight capacity makes it useful for searching, tracking, and identifying targets, and they can also use the Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow.
