Use a dimmer switch or even easier squint your eyes.
Watt level, which is determined by voltage and amperage.
Usually we call that device by the name DIMMER. This has an arrangement to change the value of resistance by rotating the knob.
By somehow changing the voltage across the lamp, for example with a rheostat (variable resistance), or a variable voltage divider.

Parallel Circuit
Bulbs that are connected in parallel would be the same brightness as a bulb on its own. If the bulbs were in series with other bulbs, then they would be dimmer. The voltage would drop across a series.
Nothing if the current capacity of the circuit is not exceeded. The extra bulb will draw more current and if the limit is not reached all bulbs will continue at their rated brightness. If the current capacity is overrdrawn either the circuit breakeer will break and stop all lights or if the capacity is not fused all lights will dim.
the bulbs would be very bright seeing as the two or more light bulbs have very easy excusable paths for electricity to flow and get to the light bulbAnswerBecause the voltage across each branch of a parallel circuit is the same, each lamp will be subject to its rated voltage and, therefore, will operate at its rated power output.

Malfunction indicator lamp control circuit malfunction
Code C1287: Brake Lamp Inhibit relay circuit failure. Problem with the warning lamp circuit, or the antilock control unit/module it monitors.
A lamp shade very very useful in a house it serves to protect eye sight from the glare of a light bulb and helps to control the brightness of the bulb.
Either the brightness control switch is turned off or the circuit blew a fuse.
Basically the circuit to the lamp opens and closes in a specific amount of times per minute. In some models this can be varied with a control circuit that allows the operator to set how many times the lamp is to flash per minute.
This type of circuit would never be used. The two way fluorescent system would depend on the voltage being supplied by the two lamp circuit switch. If the switch turns off the two lamp circuit the rest of the circuit with the fluorescent fixture would become inoperable.
brightness will decrease
yes
the faster the speed of the bicycle, the brighter the lamp
You need to purchase a Fluorescent dimmer switch, no circuit can dim the brightness of the light safely.
More than likely the remote is a radio device and the control circuit of the energy saving lamp is emitting interference on the same frequency as the remote. The remote controller has an IR lamp similar to an LED lamp.
