Most continents are solid and inflexible. They move very slowly and can't get enough speed for a vault. There isn't a set of parallel bars or uneven bars that could hold an entire continent. And forget trying to find a floor big enough for them to work on.
I assume you are more specifically meaning country's instead of continents because continents do not compete against each other. I will say that Romania has an exceptional gymnastics team.
