Africa, Antarctica, North America, and South America are touched by both the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans. The Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans run from the ice of the North Pole to the ice of the South Pole. But unlike the Southern polar ice, the Northern polar ice doesn't cover land.
North America is between the Pacific Ocean on the west and the Atlantic Ocean on the east.
The Central American countries that do not touch the Pacific or Atlantic Oceans are Belize and Honduras. Both countries are bordered by the Caribbean Sea but lack direct access to the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, while Guatemala and Nicaragua have coastlines on both seas, Belize and Honduras are primarily associated with the Caribbean.
