Some countries with coastlines that touch more than one major ocean include Russia (touches the Arctic and Pacific Oceans), Canada (touches the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans), and the United States (touches the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans).
There are 44 countries in the world that are not landlocked, which means they have coastlines that touch an ocean or sea.
South American countries that touch more than one major ocean are Colombia and Chile. Colombia has coastlines on both the Caribbean Sea (part of the Atlantic Ocean) and the Pacific Ocean. Chile, while primarily associated with the Pacific Ocean, also has a small coastline along the southern Atlantic via the Beagle Channel. These unique geographical features allow these countries to interact with diverse marine ecosystems and trade routes.
One example would be Uganda.
The Central American countries that do not touch the Pacific or Atlantic Oceans are Belize and Honduras. Both countries are bordered by the Caribbean Sea but lack direct access to the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, while Guatemala and Nicaragua have coastlines on both seas, Belize and Honduras are primarily associated with the Caribbean.
All of the Central American nations have ocean coastlines. All of them touch the Atlantic except El Salvador and all of them touch the Pacific except Belize.
The only ocean that does not touch Asia is the Southern Ocean. Asia has long coastlines on the Arctic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, and technically has a short coast on the Atlantic Ocean via the Mediterranean Sea.

There are a lot of countries that do not touch any ocean. I'm guessing Mongolia, a few countries in Africa such as Chad and Sudan, Austria and Slovakia (in Europe).
