Yes.
Russia and USA.
It's just a plain fact that European countries and America are more developed countries...and more developed countries tend to have a smaller furtility rate. Other Asian countries and Mexico aren't quite as developed, so their furtility is much higher and they slowly are outnumbering whites as the whites drop in numbers.
United States
Both Japan and Singapore have already reached "developed nation" status since 1990s. ..Both countries are considered highly developed and rich countries with one of the world's highest GDP per capita. Though Hong Kong is considered developed place but it is poltically belonged to China. Hence, they can't be included in that category if u were to differentiate by countries. South Korea and Taiwan are considered semi-developed nations. The rest of the Asia countries are still considered developing nations.
The modern BrahMos Supersonic Cruise Missile like technology has been developed by India in collaboration with Russia.
BRAHMOS is the high speed & powerfull missile inthe world. Which is developed by India & Russian Joint team.

Although BrahMos is an anti-ship missile, it has the capability to engage land based targets. The missile can be launched either in a vertical or inclined position and is capable of covering targets over a 360 degree horizon. The BrahMos missile has identical configuration for land, sea and subsea platforms. The air-launched version has a smaller booster and additional tail fins for added stability during launch. Babur is capable of carrying either conventional or nuclear warheads and has a reported range of 500 km (310 miles). It is reported that it can hit its target with "pinpoint accuracy" and can be fired from warships, submarines and fighter jets. It is designed to avoid radar detection and penetrate undetected through a defensive system. The cruise missile is a terrain hugging missile and it has up-to-date navigation and guidance system and a high degree of manoeuvrability. u answer after reading this.
The fastest cruise missile in the world is the BrahMos. It is jointly developed by India and Russia. It travels at speeds of Mach 2.5 to 2.8 and is about three-and-a-half times faster than the U.S.A's subsonic Harpoon cruise missile. A hypersonic version of the missile is also presently under development (Lab Tested with 5.26 Mach Speed). The acronym BrahMos is perceived as the confluence of the two nations represented by two rivers, the Brahmaputra of India and the Moskva of Russia. The line between a cruise missile and a "normal" surface-to-surface or air-to-surface missile is becoming blurred with the newer generation missiles. The two major characteristics of a cruise missile used to be slow speed (subsonic) provided by a jet turbine engine, and very long range (1000km+). Typical SSM or ASMs powered by rockets had low-mach (2-3) speed and short range (100km or so). The BrahMos and similar missiles sit inbetween the two: a high speed (4+ Mach), and intermediate range (300-500km). Furthermore, while cruise missiles used to be solely used in the land-target mode, and ASM/SSMs were EITHER dedicated anti-ship OR dedicated land attack, the newer generation has the capablity to do both well without requiring a guidance package change. Thus, frankly, the older designation of "cruise missile" doesn't fit well with the newer BrahMos and cousins, and we really should come up with a whole new categorization for these weapons.
1. Why was missile technology originally developed? To get bombs quickly to their destination.
BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited was created on 1998-02-12.
it is a joint venture of the India and Russia it was tested several times but its 12th successful test in Rajasthan India. it was tested in pokhran desert India during its making time.
