Most first-world countries have very good doctors. Britain definitely has some very good doctors, and some of the best medical education in the world. Probably the country with the best doctors in the world is the USA- the good doctors there are as good as you can get. But that said, good doctors in most other first-world countries are just as good. Note that having good doctors is not the same as having a good healthcare system. The USA, for instance, has some excellent doctors, but it has one of the worst healthcare systems in the western world. You can get great healthcare if you can afford it, but a lot of people cannot.
