hi
Bolivia and paraquay
El Salvador is the only Central American country to border the Pacific Ocean but not the Atlantic Ocean.
There is no such country. Only one Central American country does not touch the Pacific Ocean : Belize. Only one Central American country does not touch the Atlantic Ocean (by way of the Caribbean Sea) : El Salvador
Central America, between the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans
None, but it is bordered by the Atlantic and Pacific.

Hurricanes primarily form in the Atlantic Ocean and the eastern Pacific Ocean. The Atlantic hurricanes impact regions such as the Caribbean, Central America, and the southeastern United States. In the eastern Pacific, hurricanes affect countries along the west coast of Central America and Mexico.
Both Chile and Argentina have coastline that include the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Add to those two, Colombia in South America and Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama in North/Central America and you're about there.
The Atlantic Ocean
The Pacific Ocean touches the western coast of Central America, but not the West Indies. The West Indies are in the Atlantic Ocean.
There are several countries in South America, and many in Asia which qualify for this designation, as well as Central America and Australia. One example would be Tokyo, Japan.
There are in fact TWO Central American countries that do not have a coastline on both the Atlantic/Caribbean and Pacific Oceans. These are: Belize which only has an Atlantic/Caribbean coastline and El Salvador which only has a Pacific coastline
