Russia. There is a 9-hour difference between local time in the far west of the country (Kaliningrad, UTC+3) and the far east (Magadan, UTC+12).

Since 2010, however, the country has been divided into nine time zones -- and not the ten that the above information might imply -- as there is a two-hour local-time difference between the adjacent Moscow (UTC+4) and Yekaterinburg (UTC+6) zones.
