The real name of the Flag of the UK is called the Union Jack.
England is part of the United Kingdom. In the same way, the English flag (a red cross on awhite ground) is part of the Union flag. When the UK (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) is being represented the Union flag is displayed (not the Union Jack which is only flown on ships). When England is being represented at say a sporting event separate from the rest of the UK then the St. George's flag is used.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'special name', but the official name for the British flag is: Union Jack
Red, White and Blue. It is known as the Union Flag, or sometimes erroneously as the Union Jack.
It commonly known as the Union Jack, although its proper name is the Union Flag.
The Union Jack
Sebastian Coe usually represented the United Kingdom; technically the UK is a union of countries. Occasionally, (for Commonwealth Games), Coe would have represented England.
the Union Jack
The Union Jack is the nickname of the UK flag.
The colors that are in the flag that represents the United Kingdom are red, white, and blue. These colors are set in a pattern that is called the Union Jack, which is one cross shape set on top of other.
The Union Flag commonly known as the Union Jack is the blue, white and red flag of the UK.
Each country has its own flag.
