Gender is the single best predictor of criminal behavior: men commit more crime, and women commit less.In the United States, women constitute less than 20 percent of arrests for most crime categories.

Yes, they do! Where they come from, their lifestyles are more, well, dirty! So when they come to our country they think they can preserve their dirty ways.
Yes, many youth have commited crimes. they are protected under the youth crimanal justice act. I know of people who have commited crimes and are not adults yet. Adults commit more crimes but youth still commit some of them.
Yes, that sentence uses "suspect" correctly. It suggests that men are believed to be more likely to commit crimes than women, but it does not make a definitive statement about their guilt. It implies a suspicion or belief rather than a proven fact.
Not necessarily. Educated persons are probably more likely to commit more sophisticated offenses. However when it comes to human emotions and NOT rational thinking, educated persons can be just as prone to committing crimes of violence as anyone else.
Juvenile because juveniles aren't charged as badly as adults.

No, i do not think that women commit more crime than men. The statistics show that to an extent women have increased in committed crime, however this is not as higher as men committing crime. Knowing this, some crimes are not recorded so are unknown, these crimes are not taking in account, and so the statistics shown in the net is not correct. My general perception is that most (not all) blacks have an undeserved sense of self-entitlement which they use as rationalisation for the crimes they commit. I would say this is true of most criminals who want to have wealth but not have to work to get it. It just seems, sadly, that a disproportionate amount of blacks feel that way when compared to non-blacks.
Don't assume which men and women do less or more crimes, because you don't know everyone in the world, so you can't make an assumption of "why do females commit less crimes", because you don't know that. Meet over the 6 billion people in the world first, and then ask this question. Sounds impossible? Of course, because the world may never know who does the most crimes between female and male.
There are many factors that contribute to children committing crimes, including poverty, family dysfunction, exposure to violence, lack of positive role models, and mental health issues. Addressing root causes such as poverty, improving access to mental health services, and providing positive influences and opportunities for at-risk youth are essential in preventing children from engaging in criminal behavior.
How?? Well, capital punishment is essentially the death penalty. If a person who is an extreme danger to society is executed then therefore they cannot create any more damage or commit any more crimes. In other words, decreasing the amount of crimes committed.
