Why are most Negroes criminals?

My general perception is that most (not all) blacks have an undeserved sense of self-entitlement which they use as rationalisation for the crimes they commit. I would say this is true of most criminals who want to have wealth but not have to work to get it. It just seems, sadly, that a disproportionate amount of blacks feel that way when compared to non-blacks.

No one can understand a persons behaviors. When it comes to blacks, they really have experienced these natures by the people they grow up around and evolve around them. It is a really poor decision. But that dose not have to be the way things are. if Education standars are raised in black neighborhoods, then crime levels will most likely decrease.

In the United States, there are more whites that commit crimes. This in part is because the there are more whites by far than compared to blacks.

The question flawed. Yes. Blacks commit exponentially more crimes than whites proportionally. For example, they commit 7.2 times the homicides as white proportionally. You have to take proportions into account.
