How does one refinance a subprime loan?

First, one needs to examine their credit report and correct any mistakes that they find on it. One's credit score will greatly affect their ability to secure favorable terms on their refinance, so it must be as accurate as possible. Next, one should gather all of their necessary paperwork, such as mortgage and bank statements, pay stubs. One will need to submit multiple copies throughout the process, and having all the documents gathered at the start can save substantial time later. Then, one should check for rates and terms with at least three different lenders and select the most favorable. Finally, one should select a lender, get an estimate, submit their application to that lender, have their home appraised and wait for approval.

What is the worth of a 1928 F red seal 5 dollar bill?

yeah its worth more generally but it depends if it has a mint mark. they go from A-F, F being the least valuable but on ebay they tend to go for around 30 bucks in decent condition. if you have one you can bring it to your local collection shop and they can take a look. they are always worth more if a 3rd party Grades the bill, but unless you know its in quite amazing condition it might not be worth enough to pay for it to be graded. hope this helps :)

Are there home mortgages or loans available that do not require an 'average' rating on the sale house?

I am assuming you are talking about the appraisers notation of the condition of the home. FHLMC and FNMA require "average" at the least prefer "good" to be used. You might find some private investors ot local banking institutions that will use less than "average".
