Andrew (Simon Peter's brother) was originally a follower of John the Baptist (John 1:35-41). Presumably the other disciple of John the Baptist mentioned in John 1:35 was John (the disciple whom Jesus loved) who is never explicitly named in the John's gospel.
The following passages have direct references to disciples of John the Baptist:
The Mandaeans, a small sect of which only about 20,000 followers remain in southern Iraq and in a worldwide diaspora, are followers of John the Baptist, who they believe to have founded their religion. They believe that Jesus was originally a disciple of John the Baptist.
The first cousin of Jesus, John, paved the way for Jesus. He baptised Him and foretold of his coming. Several of Johns' followers started to follow the christened one at Johns' announcement of Christs' identity.
The only disciple of John the Baptist who is positively identified by name in Scripture was Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, who became one of Jesus' apostles. See John 1:35-40.
If you're asking the question, you probably are not, you should be aware of what you are following.
